Celebrating DCA members' work this Pride Month
Pride Month is a month-long observance dedicated to the celebration of LGBTQ+ pride. It's also a time to reflect on the progress we’ve made, and recognise the work still to be done to achieve true inclusion and equity. This Pride Month, we’re celebrating the meaningful work of our DCA members to foster inclusion at work - not just in June, but every day of the year.
We asked some of our member organisations to share what Pride Month means to them and how they are celebrating. Their stories highlight the importance of leadership, allyship, and ongoing learning in building environments where all people feel safe, respected and valued.

We’re proud to see our members leading with intention and how organisations like Tennis Australia, Meli, AGL, and NAB are honouring Pride and advancing inclusion across their workforces and communities.

Shaping neuroinclusion at EY: A journey towards a more inclusive workplace
In 2021, EY collaborated with the University of Sydney’s Brain and Mind Centre on The Switched On program - a 12-week supported workplace program. Through this experience, EY learned what neurodivergent individuals, EY leaders and the broader EY organisation need to create a neuroinclusive and neuro-affirming workplace.
Motivated by insights from the Switched On program, the goal was to spark meaningful conversations about neurodiversity in the workplace and foster belonging and inclusion for neurodivergent people.
In our latest blog, Laura Grant (she/her) and Kasmira Geering (she/her), members of EY’s Oceania Diversity, Equity & Inclusiveness (DE&I) team, discuss how EY was able to collaborate and co-design with members of the community group on the creation of resources and toolkits, storytelling, and the development of EY’s first Neurodiversity Strategy.

National survey on neurodiversity data at work now open
Amaze and Diversity Council Australia (DCA) are inviting people who identify as neurodivergent and/or have neurodivergent differences - and people working in diversity and inclusion - to provide input into the development of inclusive survey questions designed to capture neurodiversity data in the workplace.
The survey is now open and closes on Monday 23 June. Results from the survey will inform the upcoming Neurodiversity Data at Work guide, to be launched in September 2025. Employers are also encouraged to share this survey with team members and networks to help drive meaningful change.

Enhance your teams’ or leaders’ understanding and skills in D&I with DCA's Knowledge Programs. Our evidence-based training sessions, delivered by experienced facilitators, are available both virtually and in-person for groups of up to 30 participants. Programs such as Diversity and Inclusion Fundamentals and Countering Unconscious Bias at Work transmit essential knowledge in interactive ways to help improve not only the state of inclusion in your organisation, but also the understanding and support for D&I among key internal stakeholders.
DCA’s New Anti-Racism Fundamentals Program is a short, two-hour, accessible, introductory program to better understand core racial literacy concepts and is designed as a precurser to DCA’s flagship and in-depth Understanding Anti-Racism at Work program.
